Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Your date will only be confirmed once both the deposit have been received. The booking fee will be deducted from the total package price.

The remaining balance is due no later than one month prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.

Flexible payment plans may be available upon request.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the booking fee is non-refundable. If the wedding is rescheduled, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Any additional costs incurred due to changes (e.g. travel, accommodation) may be chargeable.

3. Coverage & Services

The Photographer will provide services as agreed in the booking confirmation. Any additional hours or services requested on the day may be accommodated where possible and will be charged accordingly.

The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to capture key moments but cannot guarantee specific images due to the unpredictable nature of events.

4. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (typically within 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated).

Images will be provided in high-resolution digital format via an online gallery. The Photographer reserves the right to select and edit images at their discretion.

5. Copyright & Usage

The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.

The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use, print, and share the images. Images must not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Photographer Usage Rights

The Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

If the Client prefers their images to remain private, this must be requested in writing prior to the wedding.

7. Liability

In the unlikely event of illness, injury, or circumstances beyond control, the Photographer will make every effort to arrange a replacement of similar standard. If this is not possible, liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made.

The Photographer is not liable for missed shots due to restrictions imposed by venues, registrars, or guests.

8. Equipment & Backup

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure backup equipment is available. However, in the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

9. Force Majeure

The Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide clear communication regarding schedule, locations, and key moments. The Photographer is not responsible for missed coverage due to delays, incorrect information, or lack of cooperation.

11. Travel & Expenses Travel

within an agreed distance may be included. Additional travel, accommodation, or related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

12. Gallery Availability

Online galleries will remain active for a limited period (e.g. 6 months). It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up all images during this time.

13. Governing Law These

Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
