Booking procedure and payment
To secure your wedding date, simply complete the Booking Form and I’ll be in touch to begin planning your coverage. From there, we’ll arrange a friendly consultation to talk through your event in more detail.
I’ll start with a call to understand your plans, the nature of your celebration, and the style of photography that best suits you. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed, documentary approach or a balance of candid and posed moments, this is an opportunity for us to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
We’ll also go over any additional requirements you may have, such as extended coverage, a second photographer, travel considerations, or bespoke options like albums and prints. Everything can be tailored to suit your day, so you have complete clarity from the start.
To officially reserve your date, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. Once the deposit has been received, your wedding date will be fully secured, and this amount will be deducted from your overall package price.
The remaining balance is due no later than one month prior to your wedding date.
